High Performance Mentors

Miguel Romero, an immigrant from El Salvador, found a better life for him and his family through the last 27 years of success as a leader in the medical field. His servant's heart has brought him to share the life changing keys of compounding success with Lino Music Society’s finalists. Through Mr. Romero’s mentorship he touches upon the importance of coachability accompanied by a relentless work ethic as the framework to build upon; in even the most difficult circumstances.

José Ochoa

We believe learning soft skills from those who have climbed the latter to success is crucial to the mindset of the youth in developing countries. José Ochoa climbed his way up from selling on the streets to becoming a successful Serial Entrepreneur. In José's mentorship series he shares, with this challenged youth in developing countries, what it is to work smart, stay consistent and lean into curiosity.
